Estimated delivery times:
- Malaysia: Depending on the courier service.
- International: Approximately 7–15 business days after dispatch.
Please note that customs inspections, local public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays may extend delivery time. In rare cases, international delivery may take up to 30 days.
Order Processing
Ready-stock items are normally shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
For pre-order items, processing begins only after the products arrive from the official supplier.
Customs & Import Taxes
Product prices already include applicable local taxes where required.
However, import duties, customs fees, VAT/GST, or other taxes charged by your country's customs authority are NOT included.
Customers are responsible for checking their local import regulations before placing an order, especially for electronic products such as power banks.
